Dissertation report submission and evaluation program

Dear mates,

ALOHA!

Hope all are fine and enjoying the scorching heat.

I talked to the academics and was directed to convey this message to you all.

1. All those who have submitted their reports in both the formats – hard and soft can devote time to prepare their presentations which should not exceed 20 slides and 15 minutes.

2. It is mendatory to know whether your report has been eccepted as a fair report or not, as you may be aware that AMITY has somehow found a widget to identify COPY-PASTED material. These guys are really smart. But we are smarter then them.

3. You must collect the information about approval or disapproval of your report beforehand. Any rejected report may only be entertained with special permission by our great grand DG. She always comes into play somehow. Hats off to her.

4. Those who have not submitted their hard copies must reach college on 7th, I am doing the same so that we have enough time to counter any urgency, i have also talked to Jeetu sir in this regard. 

5. Be in formals for sure, The evaluation process will be followed by a formal concluding ceremony where all the PILOTS of AMITY AIRBUS will be present.

Schedule: 9th MAY 2008

Vivas and presentation – 9:15 onwards

Refreshments: 3 pm

Concluding ceremony: 4:30 sharp.
